Joint Health & Safety Committee Meeting

Minutes – May 21, 2009 1:00pm

Old Business:

· Hazard Prevention Program – Elizabeth will be developing a Program this Summer

· Log Books – Marissa ordered new Log Books with the C-TPAT Driver checklist. Log Books with 4 trailer spaces were also ordered for the local drivers.

New Business:

· MSDS Sheets – Pat has been trying to get these in as he orders. Wurth has the sheets available directly on their website. Pat will notify Marissa of any materials ordered from Wurth, so that the sheets can be printed accordingly. Pat will continue to request these as he orders. Marissa will call Black Dog to request sheets for the oil and grease.

· Entrance by photo copier will be locked at all times. Drivers will have to enter through the Driver’s Entrance at the East Door.

· Truck Inspection completed on Truck #045 by Pat

· Workplace and First Aid Kit Inspections completed by Marissa
