Old Business:

 

·         Log Books – New Log Books have arrived and are being distributed, as needed.

·         Hazard Prevention Program – Elizabeth will be working on designing a Program throughout the summer

 

New Business:

 

·         MSDS Sheets – We have received MSDS sheets for all the products we order through Black Dog. Pat will continue to ask for sheets as we order the products. Pat just received 80W90 gear oil from Part Source. He will call to have them send over the MSDS Sheet immediately.

·         Log books are now going to be audited by HOS Auditing Inc. Drivers are being notified that they need to ensure that times for all fuel stops and border crossings match what they have logged. They should also be recording 30 minutes for a pre-trip. We have been told that 15 minutes is not sufficient and could result in a fine. The drivers will also be asked to put a B with a circle around it by all border crossings.

·         All shop employees/helpers are required to wear work books at all times. Bruce will address any employees who are not wearing them at all times.

·         Truck Inspection completed on Truck #2007 by Pat

·         Workplace and First Aid Kit Inspections completed by Marissa
